About Dr. Forsberg

About

Dr. David Forsberg has been a Knoxville resident for over 27 years. After receiving his M.D. at the Duke University School of Medicine, Forsberg came to Knoxville as a co-founder of Team Health. His commitment to breast imaging stems from a passion for saving lives by diagnosing breast cancer at the earliest possible stage. His ultimate goal is to help maintain the health of women in his community and make Knoxville one of the most screened populations in the country.

In addition to his passion for breast imaging, Forsberg also has a passion for family. He has been married to his wife Susan for 22 years and together they have raised 5 children. In his free time, Forsberg enjoys music, reading, and golf.
